C-, Ku, DBS- und X-Band Block Upconverter with L-Band Interface

Terrasat Communications, provides a complete line of full-featured, high performance C-, Ku-, Ka-, X- und DBS-band Block Upconverters (BUCs). Terrasat combines the BUC and SSPA in a single, compact enclosure for simpler, more reliable installations. Every unit carries the guarantee of full rated power across the temperature range from -40 to +60 degrees C. All Terrasat BUCs are also intelligent BUCs that communicate via FSK to compatible modems.

At Satellite 2004 Terrasat launched the IBUC - the Intelligent BUC The revolutionary IBUC introduces a rich set of features as a replacement for earlier 70 MHz IF technology.

All IBUCs provides a web interface and are SNMP compatible. The IBUC is the first in the industry to deliver this capability. This marks a significant step in Terrasats vision for the industry - intelligent BUCs that give customers options for managing their remote RF.
